Ivy Mews – Development of 3 Bedroom Detached Houses

Our Ivy Mews development consisted of just three detached dwellings, each with 3 bedrooms one of which incorporated an imaginative en suite.

The main feature of these properties was the wonderfully spacious, open-plan living rooms and adjacent kitchens.

Contemporary living was the watchword of the design layout ~ a refreshing departure from the usual 3 bed detached of the typical marketplace.

To enhance the quality of living for each property owner, Alphabet Homes acquired a disused open space to the front of the homes and incorporated it into the landscape of the overall site for the enjoyment of each resident. This layout effectively created a private gated community and further enhanced the attraction of the development.
