Alphabet Homes Limited is a ‘boutique style’ developer predominantly covering the North West of England and North Wales. Our particular niche concentrates on relatively small residential new build developments offering a high-quality build to our discerning client.

With over 60 years combined experience in the building and construction industry, Alphabet’s Directors have personal oversight of each project, ensuring every finished property meets our exacting standards

Our recent projects include:-

• Restoration of a former YWCA converted back into 4 bespoke dwellings incorporating many of its original Victorian features

• New Build of 3 individual, contemporary designed detached properties situated within their own private landscaped setting
• A hybrid development including the restoration  and extension of a derelict Keeper’s Cottage. Conversion of a Water Tower into a ‘Grand Designs’ type 5 bedroom family home and the creation on 7 new build 4 and 5 bedroom executive properties
• Building of  two  4 bedroom detached properties commissioned by a private client
• The demolition of a former derelict Nursing Home to facilitate the building of 9 Executive type 2 and 3 bedroom apartments
